Implementation and Integration

  • Building and certifying internally can be expensive and time-consuming. Darena handles FHIR, SMART, CDS infrastructure, MIPS eCQMs specifications and annual updates, certification evidence, and RWT support so your engineers can focus on customer-facing innovation.

  • Darena supports HL7v2, C-CDA, bulk FHIR ETL, and hybrid migrations. We provide adapters and SDKs, so you can connect legacy systems without breaking existing APIs.

  • No. You can choose a full in-house listing, rely on Darena for specific modules like (b)(10) or (g)(10), or delegate module listing under Darena. This flexibility allows you to retain CHPL control while offloading certification work.

  • Our pre-certified (b)(10) and (b)(11) modules allow you to continue development during government testing tool outages. We maintain readiness for (g)(10) and provide CHPL evidence and scripts so certification work never stops.

Security, Privacy, and Hosting

  • Security is built into every layer of our platform. We are HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST certified. We use SSO, SAML, and OIDC authentication, minimize PHI touchpoints, maintain audit trails, and sign BAAs with all customers.

  • Each tenant is isolated for both compute and data. Dedicated resource pools prevent the noisy neighbor risks. Regional or self-hosted deployments are available for organizations with specific data residency requirements.

  • We maintain complete audit logs, trace IDs, and exportable evidence packs for ASTP and RWT reviews. Every data transaction is traceable from source to submission, supporting ONC and CMS audit requirements.

Compliance and Certification

  • We monitor ONC HTI-1 and CMS updates, including USCDI v3.1, (g)(10), and (b)(11). Customers receive compliance advisories, updated test scripts, and attestation kits, ensuring they stay aligned without requiring rework.

  • We provide RWT plans, test data, and reporting templates aligned with ONC guidance. Each module includes RWT documentation to simplify audits and reduce preparation time.

  • Our certified modules and FHIR Workspaces already support USCDI v3.1 data elements, including expanded demographics and SDOH. This ensures compliance with ONC’s HTI-1 requirements from Jan 1, 2026.

  • Yes. Our MyMipsScore platform automates validation, measure updates, and CMS submissions across Quality, Promoting Interoperability, and Improvement Activities. It keeps data audit-ready for six years and helps providers avoid payment penalties.

HTI-1 Certified Modules

  • Darena provides certified modules for (b)(10) Electronic Health Information Export, (b)(11) Decision Support Interventions, (g)(9) All Data Access, (g)(10) Standardized API, and (g)(6) Consolidated CDA Access. Each includes attestation kits, CHPL documentation, and RWT support.

  • We handle test scripts, evidence artifacts, and attestation documentation. Customers can maintain their own CHPL listing or rely on Darena’s pre-certified modules to meet compliance requirements.

MIPS / MyMipsScore

  • MyMipsScore is Darena Health’s complete MIPS solution that includes an app and a CMS-qualified registry for MIPS reporting. It automates data validation, scoring, and submission for all performance categories, including support for MIPS Value Pathways (MVPs).

  • It connects through an API interface. MyMipsScore maps, validates, and secures data before CMS submission to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • It flags missing data, invalid measure IDs, or incomplete fields before submission. The platform enforces data completeness so providers can avoid zero-point penalties.

  • All data is stored securely for a period of six years to comply with CMS audit requirements. Historical reports can be accessed anytime.

Patient Connect

  • Patient Connect enables secure, patient-mediated data exchange. Patients can access and share their health records with providers, research teams, or digital apps using consent-based workflows.

  • Patient portals only show data. Patient Connect lets patients control it. It supports interoperability with wearables, third-party apps, and FHIR-based exchanges to enable real-time sharing.

  • Built on HL7 FHIR, it meets HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST requirements. Every data transaction includes consent validation, encryption, and full audit trails.

Performance and Support

  • Our multi-tenant architecture provides per-tenant resource isolation and elastic scaling. Continuous monitoring ensures stability even under high-volume workloads.
